A new threat is rising, something we must step up to meet with the fullest and strongest intent. Once again, those with the most to gain and nothing to lose have armed themselves with propaganda and vitriol, attacking our rights as citizens of the Free State of Jones.

Lisa Cochrin was the leading voice, speaking from the Dwell Transitional Housing for Women facility and erroneously drew a connection between kratom and actual opioids, cob, THC, CBD, and nicotine. She was backed by Dal Williamson a circuit court judge who read the decade-old lobbyist-written Mayo Clinic article that also makes claims that have been proven to be untrue over the years.
In addition to the factual failings of the Mayo Clinic’s blog post, it’s the opinion of this author that neither of these people would support puberty blocking and sex change operations for minors, despite these procedures also being advocated for by the same organization . It should also be noted that they have only softened on this stance once gender changes became less politically advantageous, indicating unmitigated political bias.
Interesting Optimizations
The LLC has not, as of my last check, posted this story online, only in the dead-tree-and-ink format. They appear to be purposefully driving this story toward old people and not online where the readership is much younger and informed. This isn’t an uncommon technique with written matter, where you write to the people who agree with you, but when lives are on the line, nothing is lower.
